About Bill
Hi and thanks for taking the time to read about me. If you reading this page it means you are interested in knowing a bit more about me before you decide to follow, continue following or work with me. That’s great! It is exactly what you should be doing.
To get started, I was born and raised in the mid-west (Ohio). I am one of 3 kids and the youngest to boot – so you know what that means….. yep I will always be a) the baby of the family and b) my mother’s favorite! (Each your heart out to my brother and sister!)
I do not have a story to tell about coming from a poor family. We never had everything we wanted but we never lacked for anything either. My father worked full time as a carpenter and my mother was a stay at home mom with all her time spent raising and taking care of her family.
While I do not know exactly where my ancestors came from, I do know that I am about 50% Engilsh and 50% German. I do speak English (some would debate that) and do not speak German. Although, I took a trip to Germany once a few years back and many people there came up to me and started speaking to me in German because I look more like I would be from Germany than I would be from England.
I am (I think) way over educated (have a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and a Masters degree). For the better part of the last 20+ years I have been a systems consultant for Human Resource and Payroll systems. At first I worked for consulting companies and now (for the last 6 years) I work for myself.
I have tried many things to make money using the internet and have been a member of a couple of different MLM opportunities (Amway sound familiar to anyone out there) in the past. Trying to work those opportunities was not successful to say the least. Not (I believe) because of the opportunities themselves (Amway is a very successful organization) but I think more because to the way we were taught to try to get referrals/leads.
Now I realize that the opportunity (whatever one you have) is secondary to the value you, yourself, can offer to a prospective referral. People like to work with people who offer them something of value and they feel comfortable working with,
It is my hope to be that person for you! As always, if you have any questions please feel to contact me and I will be more that happy to help you out (or find someone that can if I am unable to do so).
Thanks again for your interest and may your business be all that you dream it can be!
